For the better part of my 16 years in IT, I’ve been a system administrator, building systems, using data to tell me what normal looks like and when things go wrong. I love data. I love creating ways to visualize data, making it tell me it’s secrets, and finding the signal within the noise. I love to sling together code that lets others find connections quickly and consistently. I also love to break things, sometimes to see if it can be broken and sometimes because I just want to see what the insides look like. When I realized that I could use these skills to find and stop bad guys, I knew I had found what I wanted to do with my career. I want to use my background in systems, networking, and data analysis to find evil and stay ahead of the bad guys.
